We will pick you up from your accommodation and bring you back after the tour. An approximately 3-hour drive through Namibia’s capital awaits you. We start at the viewpoint at Schwerinsburg and give you detailed background information about Windhoek and Namibia. On the way we will show you some historical buildings such as the Christ Church. We show and explain the Alte Feste, the German Imperial Secondary School, the Independence Museum, the anti-apartheid statues and the Sam Nujoma statue, the Ink Palace, the old State House, Independence Avenue, the historic Turnhalle/sports hall and the train station. At the end of the tour we drive through the largest residential area in Windhoek – Katutura.
